Your order will be discreetly packaged and will not include references relating to the product purchased or name of the site purchased from. For further discretion, the sender’s name will not be displayed on the parcel.

At The Pleasure is Mine, we are committed to delivering your purchase as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer several shipping options to meet your needs.

Shipping Methods:

NZ Shipping
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 4 -6 working days. Cost is $10.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $100 NZD. 

Shipping Destinations:

We ship to WORLDWIDE . If you are unsure if we ship to your location, please contact us.

Delivery Time Frame:

Orders are processed within 2 working days of payment verification. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected.

Shipping Carriers:

We use Courier Post and NZ Couriers in NZ and DHL and FEDEX for the rest of the world. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping Costs:

Australia - Flat Rate $10 AUD

Rest of the world - $75 NZD

Products will be sent from one of our following warehouses, depending on your location and product availability:

- Thomastown, Victoria, Australia (4 - 6 days)

- Grenada North, Wellington, New Zealand (3 -5 days)

- Weymouth, Auckland, New Zealand (3 -5 days)

For New Zealand customers, please be aware that if products are dispatched from our Australian warehouse, the shipping time will typically range from 4 to 6 working days.
